Shipping policy

Orders

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders including Pre-Order items will ship upon their arrival or on the release date specified within the product listing.

If any items on your order are unavailable in their selected options, we will contact you to coordinate a refund or replacement.

All items are new/unworn unless noted otherwise. 

Shipping Cost

- Shipping costs are determined by region and the weight of the items purchased
- Free shipping is given on all contiguous US orders over $100.
- International shipping is offered. Shipping costs for international orders are estimates and do not include VAT or Country taxes. If a large or uncommon order is placed, we may reach out to collect additional shipping costs or refund shipping costs if too much was paid.

Packaging

- Apparel will generally ship in a tear-resistant poly mailer
- Hats will generally ship in a box
- Specialty and unique products may require unique packaging, but we will do our best to ensure the safety of ALL packages.

Shipping Carriers

- Wander Disc Golf will choose the best shipping carrier for your package using a combination of shipping times, pricing, and safety of items. We currently work with USPS, and UPS primarily
- International packages may originate with one of the carriers above but be transferred to another international carrier at some point.
